PicomCloud Subscription

• SaaS subscription model based on the actual number of transactions processed for each type of study/report.
• All study/report processing and storage is managed by ScImage in the Cloud.
• Onsite software and hardware required is minimal, resulting is a very light deployment; however, clients are responsible for procuring any hardware that may be required.
• Typically for smaller clients or those not having in-house or access to IT infrastructure/support.
• A client's annual fees will be based on the actual total number of studies/reports processed making it easy to account for all fees associated with using such services.
• Tracking/billing will be based on the actual number of studies/reports processed for the prior month.
• Invoices will be created and distributed the following month for the prior month of activity.
• The initial subscription term will be 3-years, subject to annual renewal or renegotiated pricing.
• Clients desiring to not renew prior to the end of the term must provide 90 days-notice of non-renewal.
• As this is a subscription model, clients will not own any software licenses at any time as they are paying for access to the services during the term.
• All PicomCloud subscription services include remote software support for the term(s).
