Picom On-Premise

• Alternative solution to clients purchasing perpetual licenses but desiring to install PACS software on their premises.
• Included in all Picom On-Premise bundles are:
  • PicomEnterprise server and Gateway Lite software with unlimited DICOM and modality worklist for existing devices;
  • Unlimited professional and clinical users;
  • ScImage base reporting for all specialties;
  • PicomWeb and HL7 integration with the NextGen^® EHR.
• All PACS software licenses are provided as a service for the initial and any subsequent term(s).
• Clients will be responsible for procuring all necessary hardware to allow ScImage to install the Picom On-Premise software/services.
• The initial term for any bundle will be 3-years, subject to annual renewal or renegotiated pricing.
• Clients desiring to not renew prior to the end of the term must provide 90 days-notice of non-renewal.
• As pricing is annual but based on a 3-year term, clients will pay the annual fee plus any services fees at inception of the term and then the full annual amount at each anniversary.
• The Estimated Annual Study/Report volume should take into account not only historical experience, but also potential growth especially if the client is expanding: if the annual estimate is not within 10% of the actual annual studies/reports processed on-premise as identified by ScImage, client may need to move up to higher levels of service and pricing at the annual anniversary of their commitment and for the remainder of the term.
• Clients will not own any software licenses at the end of any term, at which time software and services will discontinue and need to be returned or deinstalled.
• All Picom On-Premise bundles and associated pricing include remote software support for the term(s).
