Have a new Provider joining your practice? Download and complete the new provider form and submit to amssupport@nextgen.com.
- Once submitted, our team will review your existing licensing and if a new license must be purchased, your account executive will contact you to provide a quote.
- Please note that provider licensing may take up to 2 weeks once all necessary paperwork has been submitted.
- If your new Provider needs end-user application training, please indicate so when completing the new provider form.
- Please note that end-user training may be billable, and your Account Executive will provide you a quote if necessary.
- Once submitted, our team will review your existing licensing and if a new license must be purchased, your account executive will contact you to provide a quote.

NextGen offers both on-demand pre-recorded trainings, as well as instructor-led specialty and role-based training (may be billable).
