License Agreement Pass-Through Terms

As it relates to Customer's use of the Surescripts' service and with respect to identity proofing of Professionals, Customer: (i) is solely responsible for identity proofing of its Professionals based on Customer's established policies; and, (ii) must also abide by the Surescripts' identity proofing requirements and polices as found here, which may be updated by Surescripts from time to time, with 180 day prior notice to Customer.

Surescripts' requirements and policies are designed to meet the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST 800-63 (v2)) standards, which may already be consistent with Customer's identity proofing policies and practices currently in place. Customer's medical staff services/office dept. is responsible for ID proofing their Professionals.
